But FlexJobs, which connects job seekers with remote work and publishes an annual list of the 100 employers offering the most, says some companies championed this movement long (long) before COVID-19 made it necessary, mastering the details over years for a relatively glitch-free experience. Here are the employers that FlexJobs found on its "leaders list" every year for the better part of a decade.
